Our clients love Cerakote because it offers multiple benefits including chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, hardness, impact strength and a wide variety of colors and temperature thresholds. Some as high as 1800 degrees which make it ideal for exhaust parts and high temperature applications.
It's sometimes hard to believe that Cerakote is applied at a mere 25.4 microns (2 mil) thin. So thin, in fact, that you can completely Cerakote a screw and a nut and everything still works perfectly and doesn’t damage the finish.

Selecting a Cerakote Certified Applicator
Not all Cerakote applicators are created equal. Just because a shop offers Cerakote does not mean they know what they are doing. The Certified Applicator program takes applicators through the steps to properly apply Cerakote. Our entire team has been Cerakote Certified and strictly follows all of Cerakote's best practices.
